Collection: Project Blanks

Begin with the finished object: garment fit, mug capacity, coaster shape, or bag panel. Then check the substrate or coating and the equipment required for the chosen transfer. A project tag such as “mugs” is not an assurance that every press works with that item.

A blank is only useful if it fits the project

Use pack size to match a real run of projects. Smaller packs can avoid unused blanks while you confirm a design. Confirm unresolved composition, coating, or pack counts against the exact offer before ordering.

Plan a sheet before you buy

Estimate rectangular designs in a uniform grid. Enter all measurements in the same unit. Use your cutter’s usable material area, allowing for sensor marks and loading margins; the advertised sheet size may be larger. This does not calculate press settings or prove equipment compatibility.

Assumes identical rectangles, all in one orientation. Mixed rotations, irregular shapes, pattern alignment, test cuts, and waste can change the result. The estimate is not a production guarantee.
