Collection: Heat-Transfer Vinyl & Iron-On

A long single-color roll suits repeat artwork; separate sheets suit a palette of smaller designs. Compare the usable cutter width, total length, and finish before comparing price. Glitter, holographic, and plain HTV should follow their own product instructions. A finished garment’s fiber label matters more than a generic “shirts” tag.

Start with the format and finish

The 70-foot white rolls are bulk purchases; the six-foot white HTVRONT roll is a smaller commitment. Joy and Venture Smart materials have very different listed widths. Printable iron-on belongs in the printable transfer workflow because it adds printer requirements.

Plan a sheet before you buy

Estimate rectangular designs in a uniform grid. Enter all measurements in the same unit. Use your cutter’s usable material area, allowing for sensor marks and loading margins; the advertised sheet size may be larger. This does not calculate press settings or prove equipment compatibility.

Assumes identical rectangles, all in one orientation. Mixed rotations, irregular shapes, pattern alignment, test cuts, and waste can change the result. The estimate is not a production guarantee.
