Product selection: send the item link, exact machine model, receiving blank or fabric label, and intended artwork size. Tell us whether you need to print, cut, draw, position, or apply the design. A broad brand name does not always identify the right tool family.

Order or delivery: include the order number, item, and what needs review. Do not send payment-card details, security codes, or passwords.

Return: contact us within thirty days of delivery. We provide the free return label, instructions, and return address. Contact us before sending the parcel. Read the delivery and return terms.

Correction: send the page link, conflicting statement, and exact package or manufacturer information. We can investigate a specific model or count more usefully than a general claim that two products look similar.
