Free USA shipping

Shipping is free on orders within the fifty United States and Washington, DC. We currently sell and ship within the USA only. Your order arrives within four days of ordering, sometimes in as little as two days. Processing takes up to forty-eight hours and is included in that timeframe.

Thirty-day return requests

We accept return requests within thirty days of delivery. Return shipping is free; Heat Press Guide provides the return label.

To start, email [email protected] with the order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide the label, return instructions, and return address. Contact us before sending the parcel. Do not choose a return destination from a supplier listing or a general mailing address.

If an item appears different

Compare the delivered model, size, color, and package contents with the order. Describe the specific mismatch when contacting us. If a material or blank's label conflicts with the product notes, resolve that question before using it for the whole project. You do not need to provide payment-card details for support.
