Measure. Arrange.
Make a plan.
Enter the usable stock area and your final-size rectangular design. Keep one unit throughout. Compare the layout, whole packs, and supply budget, then print or save the worksheet before leaving.
This tool does not submit your worksheet. Print or save it before leaving; reloading resets the example.
Use the dimensions the process actually allows
Printer margins, cutter loading allowances, registration marks, and pattern direction can reduce the useful area. For rolls, enter one usable cutting segment as the sheet height. Count each required color or matched component separately if the stock is not interchangeable.
Understand the estimate
The tool compares uniform rectangular arrangements. It does not create mixed nesting layouts. Allow rotation only when the actual material and design permit it. The purchase budget rounds up whole packs of material and blanks, then divides that spend by the intended finished quantity.
Labor, equipment, packaging, fees, shipping, and tax are excluded. This is a supply estimate, not a profit calculation or a guaranteed yield. The worked batch example explains the calculation in more detail.
Save the record you need
Record the exact material, blank label, equipment, and instruction source. Use the largest name or image in the layout and keep trial attempts separate from promised finished pieces. The worksheet is not submitted, and reloading resets the example. Print or save it before leaving; do not enter sensitive payment information in the notes.
