Collection: Adhesive Vinyl & Transfer Tape

Adhesive vinyl supplies the design; transfer tape helps move a cut design to a surface. Neither should be chosen as a substitute for garment HTV. Choose permanent or removable material for the actual surface, then match the tape’s grip to the vinyl texture.

Separate the decal from the transfer tape

A 12-inch sampler can offer several colors without a large roll. The narrow Joy tapes and wider Joy Xtra tape have different formats. StrongGrip is for the materials that require it, not an automatic upgrade for every decal.

Plan a sheet before you buy

Estimate rectangular designs in a uniform grid. Enter all measurements in the same unit. Use your cutter’s usable material area, allowing for sensor marks and loading margins; the advertised sheet size may be larger. This does not calculate press settings or prove equipment compatibility.

Assumes identical rectangles, all in one orientation. Mixed rotations, irregular shapes, pattern alignment, test cuts, and waste can change the result. The estimate is not a production guarantee.
