Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $75.00.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Vinyl and transfer paper cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
Faulty goods
If a machine arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
